Platter of Mixed Fresh and Dried Fruits | Nutritious & Vibrant Dessert
Ingredients :
One cup of raisins, dry
Half a cup of dried apricots, chopped
Half a cup of dried figs, sliced
Half a cup of pitted dates
Cut fresh strawberries into halves.
Green and red grapes
One apple, sliced thinly
One kiwi, sliced into rounds
One orange, sliced in half
Sprinkle with a few crushed almonds or walnuts as a garnish.
Steps in Preparation :
Arrange orange slices in a circular pattern for a bright base on a large, round serving plate.
Arrange apple and kiwi slices on top in succession to get a pleasing color contrast.
