Platter of Mixed Fresh and Dried Fruits | Nutritious & Vibrant Dessert


Components 🍇🥭🍎

One cup of raisins, dry

Half a cup of dried apricots, chopped

Half a cup of dried figs, sliced

Half a cup of pitted dates

Cut the fresh strawberries in half.

Green and red grapes

One apple, sliced thinly

One kiwi, sliced into rounds

One orange, sliced in half

As a garnish, add a few crushed almonds or walnuts.

Steps in Preparation 👩‍🍳

Arrange the orange slices in a circle to create a vibrant base on a big circular serving plate.

To get a pleasing color contrast, arrange apple and kiwi slices on top in succession.

In the middle, arrange the dried fruits (dates, figs, raisins, and apricots) in the form of a little pyramid.

To enhance freshness, place the strawberries and grapes in between the dried fruits.

For crunch and garnish, scatter crushed almonds or walnuts on top.

For added freshness, chill in the fridge for 15 minutes or serve right away.
