Mediterranean Baked Fish 🐟🍋🌿
-Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets (cod, sea bass, or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon ????
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh parsley for garnish
-Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the fish.
4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes around the fillets.
5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
