Chicken Salad with Vegetables Is Healthy | Tasty and Easy to Prepare Instructions

Components 


Two cups of cooked chicken breast, either chopped or shredded

One sliced cucumber 

One tomato, chopped 

One grated carrot 

One small red onion, thinly sliced 

One sliced bell pepper 

Two tablespoons of olive oil 

Air-fry the drumstick: Put the drumstick in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes.

To taste, or two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice 

To taste, add salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add fresh cilantro or parsley as a garnish.

Steps for Preparation :

Put the cooked chicken pieces in a large bowl.

Add the bell pepper, onion, carrot, tomato, and cucumber.

To make the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small cup.

After adding the dressing to the salad, gently toss everything.

Add some cilantro or fresh parsley for garnish. You can serve it cold or warm.
