Preparation Method:
Prepare the Cheese π§:
Cut mozzarella into equal-sized sticks and freeze them for 30 minutes to firm up.
Prepare the Coating π³:
In one bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
In another bowl, place flour with salt.
In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
Coat the Mozzarella Sticks π§π₯π:
Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
For extra crunch, repeat the coating process a second time.
