Ingredients:
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
-1 red bell pepper sliced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for flavor)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
2. In the large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Put in the garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and cook until softened.
