🍫 Chocolate Truffle Cake


Ingredients

Chocolate Sponge Cake

Chocolate Ganache (Dark or Milk)

Buttercream or Whipped Cream (for layering purposes)

Chocolate Truffles (for decoration)

Grated coconut and/or white chocolate for garnish

Syrup (for moistening the layers)

Culinary

Bake a sponge cake and make layers of moist chocolate sponge cake.

"Moisten cake": Syrups or sweetened coffee could be used.

Fill the layers: Add buttercream or whipped cream between the layers.

Coat with ganache: The cake will be smothered in a generous helping of chocolate ganache. Decoration: Put chocolate truffles on top of the cake and sprinkle coconut over that. Slice the cake.
