Instructions:

Prepare the Chocolate Cake Roll:
♨️ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large flat baking tray (around 30×40 cm) with parchment paper.
π₯π¬π¦ In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
ππ«π₯π§ In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
π₯ Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until fully combined.
➡️ Pour the batter evenly into the prepared tray and spread it out.
⏱️ Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until spongy to the touch and springs back gently.
π₯ Remove from oven, let it cool slightly in the pan, then carefully invert it onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar.
π§» Gently peel off the parchment paper and let the cake cool completely. -
Prepare the Filling:
π₯π₯ In a chilled bowl, whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
π₯ Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cooled cake.
π Distribute the chopped strawberries on top. -
Roll the Cake:
π Starting from the short end, use the towel to tightly roll the cake.
❄️ Wrap the roll in the towel and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set. -
Make the Chocolate Coating:
