2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the steak:

Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
